In the Piceno country, among its gentle hills of the Marche landscape, the winery Rocca di Castiglioni produces excellent wines which combine in a natural way, the long farming tradition and the quality of the local climate and a still manual vintage together with the use of modern winemaking technology. Where once was the ancient fortress Picena to dominate the medieval village, now there is the winery from which it takes its name, overlooking the surrounding area and redraws it with a great variety of its vine rows of red and white grapes:

Sangiovese, Montepulciano, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, among the top, but more importantly, among the latter, Passerina and Pecorino autochthonous vines and highlight of the winery. If wine growing vocation is accorded to the lands Picene, the care for every
stage of production, the link with
history and local agricultural
knowledge are the merits of the work of
Rocca di Castiglioni.
